My Chemical Romance is an American band from New Jersey. Their album The Black Parade is one of my favourite albums these days. It's a concept album, which means that all the songs have a similar theme. In this case, the album is about dying and losing love. Most of the album is quite dark and angry but the last song, "Famous Last Words", is quite hopeful. Especially the chorus:

Sometimes I listen to this song when I need uplifting. The singer describes his troubles (life, love) and weakness but he finds strength in himself and from the woman lying next to him.
