Do you like to eat? Do you like to practise English reading? If you answered 'yes' to both these questions then this is a very good book for you. Nosh 4 Students is a cook book for university students. I am not a student but I bought this book because I don't want to spend a lot of time cooking after a long day working. The recipes in this book are very simple and you don't need many ingredients. You need an oven for some recipes but for many recipes you just need a pot and a frying pan.
I have tried many of the recipes in this book and most of them are very good. One day I made creamy chicken with pasta and it was as good or better than Terarosa's cream spaghetti. And much cheaper! The photographs in the book are very good and your cooking will look like the photos when you are finished.
This book was written by a woman whose son went to university but couldn't cook. She collected some easy recipes for him and then put them in a book. I am very glad she did.
